00:03Well, as I indicated yesterday, I have not been made aware of any evidence

00:07that links the gun, uh, that was found on his person to this alleged to the

00:13crime. Um, so these are things that we're looking to see. And yesterday was

00:19fast today. Today is another day. We're looking forward to beginning our

00:23inquiry as to what evidence may or may not be out there. Gun looks exactly the

00:28same as the one that was used.

00:32Well, I mean, a lot of guns look the same. I mean, uh, if you brought a gun

00:36in and say, well, it looks like that I, uh, I don't even know if that evidence

00:40would be admissible. And if so, I would argue that it wouldn't be given much

00:44weight. That's why they do ballistic tests, ballistics, examination, a test

00:49of all that to try to match that. Trust me, they're gonna try to match that

00:52firearm to the incident by more than just well, it looks like that.
