People of London: Do school league tables matter?

We ask Londoners if they pay attention to school league tables.

00:04care about that, but yeah, for sure.

00:06Because they basically want to tick some boxes just to get money from the government, and

00:16sometimes they put a lot of pressure on kids to achieve some target, so they are not particularly

00:25concerned about the children's well-being.

00:29I would look at that, but I would certainly want to go and get the feel of the school

00:33more for atmosphere, et cetera, and I think what the cultural crosses and the values that

00:48that school has, I think I would be doing all of that.

00:51Obviously, you want your children to have a good education, so exam results, I think

00:58there's more to it than that.
