00:00Some parts of the Calabar Zone and Bicol Region were flooded even though there was no typhoon.

00:10The rainfall of those falls stopped in Mahihay, Laguna.

00:14Some roads and roads were flooded in the town due to the heavy rain yesterday.

00:19The same happened in Tagkawayan, Quezon.

00:22In Camarinesur, five barangays in Del Gallego were isolated due to the Binhang Spillway.

00:27According to the local media, it was the Sheer Line that affected the eastern sections of the Central and Southern Luzon.
