00:07followed by the Ophel typhoon.

00:09The tropical cyclone wind signal No. 1 is in Cagayan,

00:14as well as the Babuyan Islands,

00:16the northeastern portion of Isabela,

00:18and the eastern portion of Apaya.

00:20The Ophel typhoon, 630 km east of Vira, Catanduanes,

00:27will move west-northwest at a speed of 25 km per hour,

00:31and may landfall in the east of Cagayan or Isabela on Thursday.

00:36Aside from the Ophel typhoon,

00:38the tropical storm Mani is also being monitored.

00:41If it enters the PAR, it will be called the Pepito typhoon.
