05:16Former President Duterte is ready to face the investigation of the International Criminal Court or ICC.

05:22Duterte's challenge to the ICC is to hurry up and go to the Philippines as soon as possible.

05:28Duterte's statements in the Quadcom,

05:31aside from his repeated insinuations that the ICC has no jurisdiction in the Philippines.

05:37Former President Duterte once again promised the administration of the war on drugs.

05:44If he can prove guilty, he is ready to be jailed.

05:48I'm asking the ICC to hurry up and if possible,

05:53they can come here and start the investigation tomorrow.
