01:53Their price is low at this time of the day.

01:59And then come January, February, they sell it at a higher price.

02:04The mill gate price that they're buying now is less than Php 50 per kg,

02:11and they're selling it more than Php 100.

03:26Php 50 per kg of sugar.

03:28The SRA is trying to get help from the Agriculture Department and other stakeholders

03:34to solve the problem.

03:36The Secretary is very concerned with the pricing.

03:40The supply side is fine.

03:43The supply is stable.

03:45There is no oversupply.

03:47We have a buffer.

03:49So if there is any claim to it,

03:52it's up to the buyers of the farmer price.

03:59For now, the buying side of sugar is private sector control.

04:04So maybe it's either SRA or another government agency can do it.

04:09At least there is a little competition.

04:12Because for now, there is none.
