00:06along with the inauguration of Human Rights Day,

00:09a new version designed to promote human rights in various sectors.

00:20Along with the inauguration of Human Rights Day,

00:23the 4th Philippine Human Rights Plan, or PHRP4, was officially launched by the government.

00:29This is an important step in the continued promise of the country

00:32to protect and protect the human rights of all Filipinos.

00:36The PHRP4 is the latest version of the National Human Rights Action Plan of the country

00:42designed to guide and strengthen efforts to promote human rights in various sectors.

00:49This new plan is one of the three promises made by the government.

00:54The PHRP4 was a successful implementation

00:57thanks to the assistance of various government agencies

01:00to ensure that it was able to meet the needs of the people of the Philippines.

01:06The launch of the 4th Philippine Human Rights Plan, or PHRP4,

01:14is a testament to this truth,

01:17a living commitment to Jews' principles, equity, and action.

01:23Executive Secretary Bersamin also gave the PHRP4's importance to the Filipinos.

01:30The PHRP4 is crafted to transform our nation's human rights landscape

01:38into a beacon of inclusive growth and social justice

01:43dedicated to improving the quality of life for all Filipinos.

01:49Executive Secretary Bersamin also thanked the support of the diplomatic community for the PHRP4.

01:55Meanwhile, the Light Rail Transit Authority gave a free ride

01:58as a token of their support for the 76th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
