00:00The Department of Labor and Employment has already informed the private sector employers and workers

00:05about the correct payment tomorrow, December 8,

00:08which was declared a special non-working day as a violation of the Fees of the Immaculate Conception of Mary.

00:15First, if the employee does not enter, the No Work No Pay principle can be applied,

00:20except if there is a disagreement regarding the holidays of the company and the worker.

00:26Second, if the employee enters, aside from his one-day salary,

00:31there should be an additional 30% of his basic wage for the first eight hours of his service.

00:39If the worker is still working overtime or even if he is working day-off,

00:43he should be given a higher salary on this day.
