00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr. inaugurated the country's first ever mobile soil laboratory.

00:06According to the president, the mobile soil laboratory will serve as a means to help farmers with accurate soil data for effective fertilizer usage,

00:14which will in turn improve and boost production.

00:17Alongside assisting farmers enrich their land to create a livelihood that leads to sustainable development,

00:23it will also teach them new technologies and modern agricultural methods

00:28as it also functions as a training facility.
