00:00The Department of Justice or DOJ expressed gratitude to Timor-Leste for ruling anew in

00:05favor of the country's extradition requests to bring back home former Negros Oriental

00:103rd District Representative Arnolfo Tevez Jr. The agency shared it expected no less than a

00:15second grant of extradition by Timor-Leste, which only affirms the stance of the government

00:21that there is merit in the request and they made the right decision the first time around.

00:25The DOJ said the second round of extradition hearings was a result

00:29of the procedural objections made by the cap of Tevez despite bringing it up as a late appeal

00:36after wholeheartedly and voluntarily participating in a proceeding he only refuted

00:41after receiving an unfavorable decision.
