00:00The Commission on Audit prioritized the Department of Health because of the nearly P11 billion worth of medicines and medical supplies that were delivered in 2023,

00:10including the 7 million vials of COVID-19 vaccines.

00:14According to the DOH, this is because of the insufficient planning, low distribution, and monitoring of the DOH.

00:21The DOH Supply Chain Management Service responded and said that they are now arranging the disposal of vaccines based on the COVA Regulation.

00:30The COVA also recommended to Health Secretary Ted Harbosa to avoid this problem and that the country's funds will not be wasted.
