00:04It was broadcasted in a manifesto that was given by congressmen to the President

00:09in a fellowship in Malacanang last night.

00:15the defense of the President as a symbol of the sovereignty of the country,

00:19maintaining the rule of law and democratic governance, and more.

00:23House Deputy Majority Leader Paulo Ortega clarified

00:27that there was no discussion in the fellowship on the policy of impeachment.
