00:20He stated that the incident came to police's attention after a video clip went viral on

00:27A car was said to have run into the girl and fled the scene.

00:32Police are seeking witnesses and information from the public to identify the vehicle involved,

00:37as its type remains unknown.

00:40The girl is being treated at Hospital Sultana Amina.

00:43When asked whether the pair were jaywalking, ACP Raub stated that the investigation is

00:49ongoing.

00:50The case is being investigated under Rule 41 of the Road Traffic Rules 166-59 for careless

00:58road crossing.
