00:17What was done today was the distribution of land titles and certificates of condonation

00:23with the release of mortgages in Region 11.

00:28President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. was the first to share the land

00:33to the beneficiaries who will be farming in Davao del Norte.

00:37Thousands of beneficiaries were given help.

00:40The program was organized by the Department of Agrarian Reform Region 11.

00:45It is a great help to improve the lives of agrarian reform beneficiaries.

00:51In Region 11, there will be an initial distribution of 9,058 cochromes

00:57with 6,951 agrarian reform beneficiaries.

01:02Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro, and Davao Oriental were beneficiaries.

01:07Davao del Norte received 2,337 cochromes with 1,731 beneficiaries.

01:15Davao de Oro received 4,901 cochromes with 3,614 beneficiaries.

01:22Davao Oriental received 1,820 cochromes with 1,606 beneficiaries.

01:29For the Certificate of Land Ownership Award, Davao City received 144 regular CLOA titles

01:37with 142 beneficiaries.

01:40While the issuance of electronics titles, the Region received a total of 672 titles

01:46of which 122 were for Davao del Sur and 550 for Davao del Norte.

01:54Princess, this was not the only project of the Department of Agrarian Reform 11 for farmers

02:00because machinery, equipment, and agricultural support projects were also given.

02:05The Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organization in the whole region is one of the projects.
