00:42the Executive Board called for the service of integrity that the new Philippines is encouraging.
00:49We must shift away from merely enforcing compliance with laws, rules, and regulations to steering our people towards the practice of integrity in their daily lives.

01:11In order for the government to establish integrity and responsibility to the people, President Marcos Jr. passed the New Government Act.

01:26This shall be used by procuring entities, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and service providers to further increase efficiency,
01:36improve compliance, minimize the risk of corruption, reduce paper usage, and create a more detailed audit trail.
