00:06President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. called for integrity in serving the country.

00:13At the UN Convention Against Corruption Implementation and Review State Conference,

00:19the President emphasized the people-centered approach to fight any kind of corruption.

00:24It should be noted that it is not only in implementing the law and regulations

00:30but also in serving the people with integrity.

00:34We must shift away from merely enforcing compliance with laws, rules, and regulations

00:41to steering our people towards the practice of integrity in their daily lives.

00:46Integrity that is rooted in katapatan, malasakit, pakikipagkapwa, and bayanihan.

00:53These need to be reinforced and sustained.

00:57This is the kind of transformation that we envision,

01:00which guides not only our systems of governance

01:03but our behaviors as citizens of this Bagong Pilipinas.

01:08It will continue to rain shearlines in some parts of Luzon today.

01:13According to the forecast, a heavy to intense rainfall is possible in Isabela.

01:19While moderate to heavy rainfall is possible in Aurora, Cagayan, Apayao, Kalinga, and Ilocos Norte.

01:25The shearline is a combination of Amihan and Easterliz

01:29where heavy rains are expected.

01:34The Philippine Statistics Authority confirmed that

01:38there is no record of the name Mary Grace Piatos in the civil registry system of the agency.

01:44According to the PSA, there is no birth, marriage, and death record of Piatos in their database.

01:51Piatos is said to have signed or received a confidential fund from the Office of the Vice President.
