00:00The camera is still ready to act if someone will file an impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:07Some of the judges, however, are divided.

00:09The opinion up to this point, especially the opinion of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,

00:14that this is just a waste of time.

00:26there is still no information if there will be an impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:33According to the House Secretary General Reginald Velasco,

00:36no one has yet appealed to their office if there will be an impeachment complaint.

00:40But they are still ready to act if necessary because this is part of their duty.

00:46If the session days are based on the opinion of the section,

00:50the time is up for this to bear fruit this year.

00:53The judges, however, are divided on whether they will support this or not if there will be an impeachment complaint.

01:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. also called for the attention of the more important thing than impeachment.

01:08House Speaker Martin Orlandez also agreed to hold a press conference.

01:12Let's listen to the part of the statement of some officials earlier.

01:17So, I think it's preemptive to answer those questions.

01:23If there is an impeachment complaint, it depends on the substance, the merits of that complaint.

01:30But I hope we don't forget the fact that an impeachment is based on grounds, this is not on personality.

01:35It is about the facts that attend the circumstance.

01:37The facts and circumstances surrounding an alleged violation.

01:41So, we're talking about graft and corruption, betrayal of public trust, culpable violation of the Constitution.

01:48Now, when it comes to the statement of the President that he would rather that no impeachment move be filed,

01:57I think this is acting like the father of our country.

02:01He knows that the 19th Congress is only a few months away.

02:06And we just want to point out the other issues that are more important for the people,

02:13such as food and basic necessities.

02:16Well, when it's filed, we'll see if it's complete.

02:21Because there needs to be an endorsement of the House member.

02:26Then, we'll also see if the complaint has a content.

02:32It can't just be an impeachment complaint.

02:36Aside from the impeachment issue, the hearings in the House are still ongoing.
