00:00Is that the best it's felt for a while, in terms of a live event?

00:11And like I said, I challenge the fans and put an emphasis on them to bring their voice, bring their noise,

00:16because it helps, it helps.

00:18Believe me, when you're a player, it helps.

00:20And we know what we want to see, but we all want the same thing,

00:23so we've all got a responsibility to try and deliver that.

00:26How do you think Josh Bowler did on the hole?

00:28Yeah, pleased with him.

00:30I think we spoke before when we felt like we had him going the right way then,

00:35not the last international break, the one before.

00:37A couple of illnesses and missed a lot, and we felt his fitness drop right off,

00:41and then you can't get him in the team because he's not to the level,

00:44and then there's frustrations, obviously.

00:46But, yeah, he's knuckled down, and if he hadn't done the work,

00:49he wouldn't have lasted the 60 minutes, and look the threat he was.

00:52Yeah, people will expect him to be creating, scoring goals.

00:57He was doing that, but he was doing his work without the ball as well.

01:00I didn't expect him to last the game, but when we made that change,

01:05a lot of it was tactical as well, when they shifted to a five to try and stop us,

01:09but it meant that Fellows was left wing back,

01:11so it just was common sense then to put Potsdam against us.

01:14Half-time change, you just want an extra striker on the pitch?

01:16An extra body behind there, yeah, behind there, midfield line, yeah.

01:21It was totally the right thing to do, it showed,

01:25and I just think the goal is probably the perfect example of that.

01:29Like I said, Sam was in those spaces a lot in the first half,

01:33but it was just Sam to deal with Emile against the centre-back,

01:36whereas once Keno was the other side as well, Keno occupied one, we got Sam free.

01:41So, yeah, it was a really good goal, really pleased with it.

01:44Did you like how McCann and Todarsen looked as a pair?

01:47They looked good. It was a similar message,

01:51whichever two would have been on there would have been the same.

01:54We were looking to get on the ball in the first half of the midfield three,

01:57but less generally in front of their midfield,

02:00which especially when you're 1-0 up is fine for them.

02:03As the game wore on, we did get more bodies behind,

02:06and then it was about the decision-making.

02:08We had a lot of bodies in the box when Josh blazed over,

02:10we had a lot of bodies in the box when Kane blazed over.

02:13The best moment and the best play was we were really patient

02:16with Sam on the ball coming delivered and Josh nearly scoring at the back post.

02:21But we felt we could force and make more of those opportunities by making the change.

02:27I think from 12th down you've lost the fewest in the league,

02:30so are you really confident that the platform to win matches is there more often than not?

02:34Yeah, it's 100 per cent about results, right?

02:38100 per cent.

02:40But you can't guarantee it, what you can guarantee is performances,

02:43and we are performing well above the majority.

02:48But I want those moments, those players who can make those moments and create three points.

02:54Like I say, I want to make sure that games like that,

02:57when I feel we're the best team, we win.

02:59I also want to get to the point where we're not the best team

03:02in terms of how the flow of the game is going,

03:04but we've got moments and we've got players who can deliver and win a game 1-0.

03:07That's what we're aiming for, that's what we want to get to.

03:10Is that turning players you've got here into that?

03:13All these players can do is show it, so we've shown it.

03:16This game is a perfect example of the block of games we've been in.

03:21The clearance off the line from them in the first half,

03:24and then I think it was Jack who had to hit a meal on the line in the second half.

03:29Yeah, so those little things at the minute aren't going our way.

03:34Like I said, that changed the results we were talking about, not winning so long.

03:40I can't worry about that, I can't worry about that.

03:43Just the performance and make sure we are creating those moments.

03:46I am coming off pleased with the performance,

03:49and then in time that will change.
