00:35We know he got knocked back a little bit and he'd be frustrated for his game time.
00:38But just being really clear on what we need to see, what I need to see, to give him that opportunity.
00:44Because you're always competing and it's like I said, whilst you bother about every player and you want every player to do well,
00:50you still can't prioritise one player above another, you know, and so everyone has to be treated the same.
