00:00The profits of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiary or ARB in the province of Quezon will increase

00:05because of the distribution of Certificates of Condonation with the release of Mortgage or Cochromes by the government.

00:12President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was the first to distribute the Certificates in the Quezon Convention Center, Lucena City.

00:19The farmers in Quezon are very grateful, like Edgar Dries, because they will receive their entire income.

00:27I am very grateful to the Agrarian Reform Beneficiary and to the President for giving the Certificates of Condonation

00:36for our farmers who are not able to pay the land given by the government.

00:45In almost 50 years of farming, Jaime Temporada also thanked the government for not thinking of paying them

00:55for their land that their families will benefit from.

01:00It is a great help to our family.

01:03My brothers and sisters are happy because we do not have to pay and it is a great help to our whole family.

01:11According to the Dar Quezon 2 Provincial Office,

01:14more than P11,000 received Cochromes in Quezon while 15 were given e-titles in the town of Buenavista.
