00:10Hi there, my name is Emily Reeves and I run Amira Belly Dance. Belly dance is great for

00:15hand-eye coordination, keeping the body young and healthy and having lots of fun.

00:20So today we're all going to start nice and simple with soft knees, relax the arms and off we go.
