00:06out somewhere with my buddies, must there not be a certain self-awareness?

00:11What am I doing to myself?

00:13What is this experience giving to me?

00:14And I'm, yes, talking of a certain selfishness and calculativeness.

00:19You have one life and you have a limited number of moments.

00:22Must you not calculate where those limited number of moments are disappearing into?

00:27And time can just fly away.

00:30You will think you are doing something worthwhile and meanwhile the clock is ticking.

00:35The clock has no special consideration for you.

00:39I think we ought to be a little more loving towards ourselves.

00:46We need the right kind of selfishness.
