00:04through a pair of TD passes and a win.

00:06Yes, he was the top quarterback prospect in the nation,

00:09but did you expect him to step right in

00:12and play this big, this soon,

00:14when pressed into action

00:15when Graham Mertz went down with that torn ACL?

00:19Yeah, if you were writing a movie script,

00:21I don't know that you could have written it much better.

00:23You know what I mean?

00:24I think his relationship with Graham Mertz,

00:28the way they handled those things with humility,

00:30with class, Graham's example,

00:33and then obviously very talented young man

00:36that has a unique drive and a unique focus.

00:39He's a grinder,

00:41and really what I've learned is, man, on game day,

00:43he becomes an elite competitor,

00:46and I think that rubs off on the team.

00:48So he has explosive playmaking ability

00:52and a presence that I think is contagious

00:54and certainly the players feed off of it.
