Speaking of the quarterback, let me ask you about your quarterback.

One of the players that did come in is quarterback Tyler Shuck.

He transferred in after spending three years at Texas Tech.

He's been as good as advertised so far.

So specifically, what has he brought to the program on and off the field?

Well, yes, he's done a great job at this point.

You know, Tyler brings a ton of experience.

He's played the position.

He's gone through ups and downs.

He's handled adversity.

He understands how this thing works.

He understands how important him being efficient and

getting the ball to our playmakers is to this football team and to have success.

So, you know, nothing rattles him.

He's worked really hard since he's been here.

Really, every day since we got him way back in January, he's been consistent.

He can throw the ball accurately.

He's continued to learn the offense and what we're doing.

As long as we play good around him and our guys do their part,

I feel very confident he's going to do his part.

Now, if we've got to ask him to do a whole lot,
