Putin the Painter: Watch Russian President creating artwork in Kazakhstan

The President of Russia has arrived in the Republic of Kazakhstan for a two-day state visit.  Upon his arrival, Kazakh artist Asel Sabyrzhankyzy, known as Assol, proposed that heads of state take part in creating a painting.
