Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has laid a wreath to a World War Two monument in Volgograd.
Lukashenko, who is expected to attend Victory Day celebrations in Moscow on May 9, made a visit to Russia's Volgograd to take part in a forum ahead of the event.
