00:00May 22, an employee of the Commission on Elections was killed in a car accident.

00:10He was found dead on November 23 on the National Highway in Puruksan, Paguita,

00:15in the presence of President Quirino Sultan Kudarata.

00:18The victim was Jean Nico Alan Donaldo Pandoya, an assistant Komelek officer in the island.

00:25Komelek President Quirino was also on duty.

00:28Initial investigation was carried out by the police.

00:32The victim was in a motorcycle and was not followed or shot.

00:36Two other motorcyclists were also killed in the incident.

00:42The victim was taken to the hospital.

00:45A dead-on-arrival was declared in Miatiman, Nga Doktora.

00:50The National Anti-Poverty Commission, or NAPCI,

00:54is conducting consultations with other local associations, cooperatives and organizations

00:58in the grassroots sector in Sapasapa, Tawi-Tawi.

01:02The Dialogue was held on November 23.

01:05The conditions of the issues raised by the communities,

01:09especially those who live in Sapasapa, are being discussed.

01:13For those who are concerned, fishermen and fishermen in Sapasapa,

01:19the issue is that the price of seaweed is too high.

01:26stockhouses and ponds for the harvest of seaweed,

01:58According to the Philippine Statistics Authority,

02:01the poverty rate in Sapasapa is 37.2% compared to 24.8% in 2018.
