00:00One win and one bronze medal was awarded by the Cayote Pilipinas National Squash Team

00:05in the SINABAKANG 2024 Squash Satellite Tournament in Singapore.

00:15The Cayote Pilipinas National Squash Team continued to win medals in the competitions in Singapore.

00:21The first tournament they won was last week, the 2024 SICC Jumbo Doubles Tournament,

00:27where the National Squashers were able to win a gold, a silver, and a bronze medal.

00:33And not only that, Top Philippine Squasher Jamaic Arribado also reigned

00:37the women's singles of SG Squash Satellite 4 3 games to 1

00:42against the Singaporean opponent and top seed of the competition, Aoyong Y. Yan, in the finals match.

00:48Aside from Arribado, the bronze medal was awarded by the National Team Mainstay, David Pelillo,

00:53in the men's singles match against the tournament runner-up and Malaysian opponent, Jia Rong He.

00:59According to Arribado, it was a big deal for him and for the whole team

01:03to compete in these kinds of exposures to regain their PSA rankings.

01:09At present, the National Squashers are back in the country and are still competing in intense practice

01:16as preparation for the big competitions that they will join next year.
