00:07And I think the one thing me and you kept saying to each other during that game was

00:12what the hell CJ Stroud doing that seemed to be the prevailing thought by us because

00:17even when Tennessee like like tried to say here, you can have it.

00:23We don't we don't want the game.

00:24It's yours.

00:25Just go ahead and win.

00:27He wasn't willing to do that.

00:28Fairburn obviously missed the big kick there as well that would have tied it at 30.

00:32But I thought coming out of that game was Stroud's performance, Joe, was very subpar

00:37against Tennessee.

00:40It's been subpar all year.

00:41I mean, we said, listen, he had so many things go his way last year, but a year of tape now

00:50with defensive coordinators.

00:51And guess what, Carver?

00:53Yeah, that's why they call it a sophomore slump.

00:56And that's what he's going.

00:57That's what's happening with him.

00:59But quite honestly, I'm more fascinated with the guy who played quarterback on the other

01:03team because that dude is throwing the ball.

01:06He can make every throw.

01:08He got sacked eight times, ran for his life, threw a pick six.

01:12And at no point was it ever not totally fun watching him under center and trying to figure

01:18out what was going to happen next.

01:21You know, it's it's so bizarre because he has games like that, right?

01:27There's games where Will Levis, it's such a roller coaster and it's exciting to watch

01:33because you don't know what's going to happen.

01:35He's throwing 70 yard touchdowns.

01:37As you just said, he's getting sacked.

01:38He's running.

01:39Like, remember, he did that last year when he beat Miami, when they had that comeback

01:43on Monday night.

01:44Like, he did it that night, too.

01:45Like, he was all over the place.

01:47But then, Joe, there's other weeks where he looks like he wouldn't be able to play in

01:52the CFL.

01:53Like, there's nothing against that.

01:54I'm just saying, like, he looks like he couldn't play in a lesser league some weeks.

01:59Why is there such a swing with this guy in terms of how he looks from week to week?

02:05Yeah.

02:06Well, I'll tell you what they both had in common this year, Stroud and Levis.

02:10They don't have anybody to protect them.

02:12Their offensive lines are horrendous on both teams.

02:16So, you know, they're both sophomores, though.

02:19That's the crazy.

02:20They're still just two years in the league.

02:22But you got to protect these guys, otherwise you get what you got from CJ Stroud yesterday.

02:28Broncos beat the Raiders by 10, cover for them.

02:31Gardner Minshew broke his collarbone.

02:33He's done for a year.

02:35So Aiden O'Connell was already hurt.

02:37I saw a peer say today that they're not sure if he's going to be able to play on Friday.

02:43So they play Friday against the Chiefs, the Black Friday game.

02:45They definitely won't have Minshew.

02:47Sounds like O'Connell's 60-40 or 50-50, depending how you want to look at it.

02:53I mean, I said Desmond Ritter out there at Arrowhead Joe, you watch him when he came

02:57in the game.

02:58God, does he stink?

03:00Desmond Ritter.

03:01He can't play.

03:02So that's just going to get worse.

03:03And maybe, but you said earlier, maybe the Raiders want this.

03:06That way they can get Shador and because that's who they want.

03:10And maybe this will be a good thing for the Raiders in the long run.

03:13Are you buying the Bo Nix juice for offensive rookie of the year?

03:18It seemed like, I think Jaden Daniels was like minus 1,500 a couple of weeks ago.

03:22Not anymore.

03:23He's like minus 130 and Nix is plus 110.

03:28What's not to like?

03:29I mean, Sean Payton is working his magic.

03:32We've seen this before.

03:34You know, he, here's what he's doing really well.

03:37He's beating the snot out of lesser teams and he's looking really good doing it, right?

03:42So as a rookie, these numbers are impressive.

03:46Any which way you cut it, they're impressive right now.
