00:02I tell you, I'm a little surprised to see the respect the Broncos are getting as favorites

00:06in this game against the Atlanta Falcons.

00:08I imagine this line is being boosted because of the Denver Broncos hanging against the

00:15Kansas City Chiefs last week.

00:17The week before that day, they'd get dropped on their heads by 31 to Baltimore.

00:21Now Atlanta's not in that class, but man, I'm very tempted to be betting on the Atlanta

00:26Falcons in this game.

00:28Joe, as Denver sits here 5-5, are you leaning either way?

00:31Yeah, I like Denver.

00:32I think they win this ballgame pretty good.

00:33You're in on Sean Payton all of a sudden.

00:35I am against that team.

00:37Atlanta, absolutely.

00:38I'm not sold on Atlanta.

00:39And again, you lose to the Rizzler.

00:42Last week, Darren Rizzi, the way he came up, they were calling him, he was red hot on

00:47the sidelines.

00:48Achieved it on the injury report and everything.

00:50Got those guys healthy.

00:51I mean, they were flying.

00:53They were a 3.5 point dog, the Saints.

00:56And they pulled receivers off the street, Valdez, Scantley, to abuse that secondary

01:01and they pull out a 3 point win.

01:03I mean, what an interim coach, and knowing how this offense, in terms of Atlanta, having

01:09playmakers, having Bijan, having Kirk Cousins, and you put up 17 points on a defense that

01:14was absolutely pathetic over the past 6 or 7 weeks.

01:18I mean, it's just a terrible performance, and now you're going on the road.

01:22I don't care about the quarterback advantage so much, meaning obviously you give the veteran

01:26experience Cousins over Bo Nix, but it's the defense.

01:30I believe more in Denver's defense, playing at home, being able to run the football, than

01:35I do in terms of Kirk Cousins on the road, going up against Sean Payton.

01:40And I don't think they have the coaching advantage as well.

01:43Raheem Morris has been hot and cold up and down.

01:45Give me Denver.

01:46I think they win it by 7 or more.

01:48Yeah, I'm with you on Denver as well, because it's just, I think it's just the trust factor

01:51where I know the NFL is a week-to-week league.

01:53It's like, hey, can we trust Denver going up against Kansas City after getting smashed

01:56by leveling up against the Ravens?

01:58Yeah, they should have won that game.

01:59Now also this comes back to it as well, where you're pointing to instances where rookie

02:03quarterbacks, what are you going to get out of them?

02:05Caleb Williams, or excuse me, Jaden Daniels throws that long touchdown pass to Hail Mary

02:09to beat the Chicago Bears.

02:10They go on the road the next week to take on the Giants.

02:12I wanted to see how he reacted.

02:13He was very good in that game.

02:15Loved what I saw.

02:16Bo Nix last week with a victory over Patrick Mahomes, and he's something he's going to

02:19be able to brag about his rookie year.

02:21I went in, knocked off an unbeaten team in his own building.

02:24They lose that game.

02:25How does he bounce back in this performance today?

02:26Does he have the same stamina that Ed Lester, hey, should have won that game, lost, oh no,

02:30I'm a rookie, you know, I'm going to fall into some bad traps here.

02:33I'm still going to trust that Denver is at home in this game, even though heavy public

02:37ticket count coming in on the Atlanta Falcons this one, I'm going to go against that, and

02:40we're going to fade the public here, Joe.

02:42I will, I don't know if I'm at, I think there are a few spots today where I'm on, I guess,

02:47what would be the public side, and I wonder if that's scaring me a bit.

02:50But I don't want to cheat here, but, because Tampa's not healthy anymore, but they don't

02:57have a win this season, the Broncos, against a team above 500.

02:59Again, Tampa's a fine enough win on the road that they did roll that team.

03:04Then it's the Jets, Raiders, Rattler, Carolina.

03:10I'm just saying, this would be easily their best win, at least since they did go out there

03:17and beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers back in September.

03:20Now, the Falcons are in littered with awesome wins in their own right, but Atlanta's not

03:25lost consecutive games yet this season.

03:28I lean towards Atlanta here.

03:30I think we'll find out a lot about both of these teams in this game.
