00:40So that's why I keep, when I get this question, I always say study.

00:47If you pass your 10th, you get a job according to it.

00:51I mean, your education does not go away. It stays with you.

00:55In cricket, you have to be at the top.

00:57I know to reach there is not a piece of cake. It's difficult.

01:02It's not something everyone gets.

01:04I might be the luckiest one who will get it.

01:06But to reach there, you need to be really, really, really best.

01:10But didn't mom and dad ever say, study, don't just give up?

01:15He won't study.

01:17No, I mean, they knew I wouldn't be able to do it.

01:22Because I was bad, like bad.

01:24And it was more of a situation, a decision which I made,

01:28rather than being like, no, I don't want to go to school.

01:31You know, I always had this thing in my mind that

01:36how will I make my life strong?

01:41Because we used to be really rich.

01:43I mean, goodwill to the family.

01:45And from having that and struggling the life for 10, 10 rupees,

01:48which was like disappointed for me.

01:50I was disappointed because I had money when I was small.

01:53I was like, when I grow up, I will struggle.

01:56You know, I used to go to villages to play for like,

02:00I used to get 450, I used to get 300.

02:03Going in a local train with my kid,

02:06and coming back in a truck, sitting in the back,

02:09or again coming in a local train without having a ticket.

02:12And, you know, I mean, it was difficult.

02:16And I was like, you know, that day I sat there and I was like,

02:20see, one thing is there, now you can keep on creeping about it.

02:24Why with me? Why with me?

02:26Or either you can work hard and let's see what happens.

02:29Everything is like self-made.

02:31Here, no one presents anything to you.

02:33I still remember when me and Kunal were 17 and he was 19,

02:37we said to my father that we don't want anyone's sympathy.

02:41So, I was like, you won't say anything to anyone.

02:45You won't say that, pick my boy or something.

02:47You won't say anything because me and Kunal won't like it.

02:49If we play, we will play. If we don't, we won't.

02:51Because we always wanted that no one should say,

02:53after a few years, you know.

02:55Yeah, there are people who has helped.

02:57Yeah.

02:58Like, who has a big role, like my coach and all.

03:00Yeah.

03:01Which I am grateful.

03:02But we will go out and do it ourselves.

03:04We will do it ourselves in the field.
