01:06And my parents was the parents that loved to party, man.

01:18Three of my homeboys that summertime, yeah, was murdered.

01:22You still have to face realities of this.

01:23I got to get back off that tour bus and go to these funerals.

01:30It's something I can never forget, you know, from physically seeing them,

01:45to hearing them on record, to him applying himself in the community.

02:00You can't cause conflict or corrupt my spirit.

02:11Was the moment I've knew I've arrived.

02:13It's just not an introduction.

02:32When you first hear your vocals come out from speakers, man.
