00:13According to the DA, Agriculture Secretary Francisco Chu Laurel Jr. wrote to the Bureau of Customs

00:19to issue a 178.5 million pesos worth of frozen mackerel caught.

00:26The National Fisheries Laboratory Division of BFAR also issued a statement

00:32that there is no signal of the mackerel being eaten by humans.
