00:00In D.I.C.T., they are continuing their activities against online scams.

00:05Here is the public's reaction regarding the existence of Zero Trust.

00:09For their information, this is Robinson Camargo of PIA Central Visayas with the national news.

00:19The Department of Information and Communications Technology Central Visayas gave instructions to the public

00:24to avoid the victimization of various types of cyber security threats such as online scams.

00:29D.I.C.T. urged the public, especially those who have online or digital accounts, to create a Zero Trust.

00:35According to the agency, this will greatly help to avoid easily accessing and compromising the usernames and passwords of digital accounts

00:43such as those in banks and mobile wallets.

00:46If the username and password is compromised, it will be a threat.

00:51So, they are advocating that you should have a multi-factor authentication or Zero Trust.

01:00D.I.C.T. also emphasized the importance of the participation of the community in fighting security threats in the digital space.
