00:30First of all, he's not going, let's just, he's going to clear waivers tomorrow, that's

00:34when the deadline is.

00:37He'll clear, and here's the deal.

00:39There's zero chance he goes anywhere to be a starting quarterback this year.

00:42He could go in, okay, he could go in a situation, let's say the Raiders, right?

00:47He could go in and learn the scheme, and yes, he wouldn't walk in as a starter, but he legitimately

00:55could start by the end of the season.

00:58His guard dementia was not played as well as they had hoped.

01:00We know that O'Connell, Aiden O'Connell, is on injured reserve due to his wrist injury.

01:05So yeah, he could go there and just try to get some starts in, and maybe give Tom Telesco,

01:10the general manager of his personnel control, some hope that maybe he could have Sonny be

01:13in the mix again.

01:14But the Raiders guys, they're on my list.

01:17They're looking for an answer.

01:18They're not looking for a temporary answer to the quarterback.

01:19They want a long-term answer.

01:21Now, let's look at the other situation here.

01:25For Daniel Jones, the reality is he'd be better off going somewhere he could be the

01:30backup to a starter, and if that starter gets hurt, maybe potentially play.

01:34But go somewhere where he could be a backup on a very good football team, like the Niners.

01:38By the way, Brandon Allen did not play well when he had a chance to play.

01:42He's going to play well, as we know.

01:43He's going to start at least this game today at Green Bay.

01:46They got Josh Jobs, who, by the way, did a great job until he kind of struggled a little

01:50bit.

01:51But look, you saw what he did with the Cardinals and the Vikings guys.

01:53So that's a team to look at.

01:56You kind of bounce around Baltimore.

01:58They got the journeyman Josh Johnson, who's almost been with a third of the league.

02:02So there are going to be some opportunities out there, Donnie, to answer your question.

02:06And again, he would not go anywhere he could come and start right away.

02:09There's no chance of that happening.

02:10It's going to come down to this.

02:12Being with a winning team, learning that scheme, and potentially being resigned versus going

02:17somewhere and maybe getting a few starts in by the end of the season.
