00:00Of course, the Giants probably had, maybe I would say the second worst performance.

00:08It's hard to top how bad Carolina was in New Orleans on Sunday, but I think that the Giants

00:13probably had the second worst performance in the entire NFL.

00:17Yesterday we played D'Abel saying, well, you know, I think we might've did some good things.

00:21We might've been, hopefully he watched the tape a few times and maybe has a differing

00:25opinion about that game now.

00:27Apparently he doesn't, Scottie.

00:29He just knows they have a lot of mistakes they got to clean up.

00:32Do you think the game was an aberration, a game not indicative of your personnel and

00:38I just say, you know, give credit to Minnesota.

00:42You know, there were some things that we did well, you know, third down was better than

00:48You know, explosive plays, I think we did a good job on, on 18 minus the one play, obviously

00:55Just take that one play out and it was okay.

00:57Just take out the big play.

00:59It's hard to win a game when you don't do that offensively.

02:26And I, I'm telling you now, Belichick drools the New York giants.

02:31If there, if you could ask him what's one place, if he could coach one more time and

02:35he's got another, where would it want it to be?

02:38It would be with the giants.

02:39The way he speaks about Mara and Lawrence Taylor and the job, like he loves that organization.

02:47And now let's also compound the fact that John Mara is starting to get ticked off and

02:54embarrassed that his fans are walking out of the building at halftime of a hundred year

02:59celebration in his building for the 10th, you know, eight of the last 10 years, they've

03:03been absolutely embarrassing.

03:05And who's the one guy that Mara and Tish will look to, to bring respectability back to the

03:12giants.

03:13Bill Belichick.

03:14What about if they're like, let's say hypothetically they went oh and six, would you fire him and

03:22hire Bill Belichick immediately?

03:24And secondly, why did they dress like a, an outdoor classic Montreal Canadiens game?

03:30I don't know what that was about.

03:33That was, that was a questionable wardrobe choice by them on Sunday.

03:38I don't believe he would do the mid season thing.

03:41I don't, I think that that's not something that Bill would do.

03:44I think that Dable and Shane are going to get the runway here for this entire season,

03:49but they go four and 13, you know, five and 12 again.

03:53I don't think they're getting another crack.

03:55I've had people tell me they're going to get to draft their own quarterback.

04:02I think when Mara sees that shining, you know, Belichick sitting out there and how much Belichick

04:06loves the giants.

04:07I think that that could change fairly quickly and Belichick will be the one.

04:11You don't have a problem with him being, he'd be 73 years old.

04:14Look, if I was a giant fan, I would probably have a problem with it.

04:19If I was a giant fan, I would probably look at it as, is this really the best long-term

04:24solution to the team?

04:25And I probably wouldn't be happy about it.

04:28I'm just telling you what I think Mara and Belichick would be thinking, that they love

04:34each other.

04:35And that's how they would get themselves together.

04:36I think he would do it for three years.

04:40Look, I think, but what would he do in those three years?

04:43Hopefully bring the giants back to respectability.

04:47Because they have become, you know, this being in this area, they used to be the model franchise

04:54of the New York area.

04:55You know, that just a model franchise that everybody wants to be the giants.

04:59They're run so well and they have so much tradition and that's like been gone the last

05:05eight to 10 years.

05:06I mean, gone right out the window.

05:08So I think that that's how that all could shake out by the, if this continues to be

05:12as bad as it was on Sunday.
