00:14He's out with a shoulder issue.

00:15So you could tell this was going in that direction all week because it was so shady.

00:19Like, Oh, he's, you know, the practice is closed and no one knows what's going on.

00:23Well, he's not practicing.

00:24The MRI is fine.

00:25Everyone, everything's going to be fine.

00:27So now we'll get an idea of how special Brock Purdy is.

00:32You know, cause we've seen other guys step in and run this offense.

00:35Brandon Allen's going to be the guy that gets a shot this week.

00:37So he knows the offense.

00:38Again, I think you see a ton of Christian McCaffrey in this game, which is a really

00:41good thing.

00:43But the 49ers have had their share of injuries all season, holdouts, injuries, Superbowl

00:48hangover.

00:49It's all real thing.

00:50Again.

00:51It's so funny to me that every single year, Matt, the same thing happens.

00:54The team that loses the Superbowl, they have the first or second best odds next year to

00:58win the Superbowl.

01:00And it never happens in the last 25 years.

01:05They also Superbowl came back and now we got there, but one teams don't even get back there

01:11And the more tragic ending close over time feeling Superbowl loss, the worse the team

01:18plays the next year.

01:20And like, that's where the 49ers are now.

01:21I still think they have a chance with all these injuries to beat the Green Bay Packers.

01:24And I know that's an unpopular opinion, but we've seen a lot of weird, a lot of strange

01:28happen in the NFL season.

01:29And that would be it.

01:30Now, if you have Debo Samuel, if you have John Jennings and those players, look, you're

01:35going to start Debo.

01:36No matter what, you're going to start this next guy, George Kittle, no matter what.

01:38Now he wasn't available last week.

01:40He is going to be starting this week.

01:41So we will continue to get you updated there if anything changes.

01:44But let me tell you, man, like we're in a spot here where a 49ers desperate for a win.

01:52They need it.

01:53It's got to happen right now.

01:54So 49ers all hands on deck.

01:57I don't want to be dramatic or hyperbolic, but it's kind of your season 49ers.

02:05But when you think about it, let's say Arizona wins today, right?

02:12That's a big separation.

02:13Now we're talking about three, four game.

02:15Like we're talking about like separating from the pack a little bit.

02:20So this is a bit of desperation.

02:21So let's see if Kyle Shanahan, who sometimes a little too smart for his own good, can actually

02:27rally this team and get him focused and go out there and pick up a big W on the road

02:30after blowing a big game at home.

02:32Also on the injury update list too, I know we don't always talk about defensive injuries,

02:37but some of them matter more than others, especially when you're talking about players

02:40that are good corners.

02:41So Christian Gonzalez with a hip is going to play against the Dolphins.

02:44So we'll see how that works out for them.

02:47Malik Neighbors with the groin is expected to play.

02:50There was some concern that he might miss this week, but that seems to be going in the

02:53right direction.

02:54How healthy he is, we don't know.

02:56Adam Thielen with the hamstring.

02:57He should play this week against the Chiefs.

03:00So we'll keep an eye on that one too.

03:02Does Adam Thielen come back and work a ton?

03:04Because last year, Bryce Young's favorite target was Adam Thielen.

03:08So if you're desperate for a streamer in a league, maybe this is a guy you could start.

03:12Keenan Allen with the ankle is also going to play.

03:14But again, I keep mentioning Kayla Williams cannot get anything right in the last four

03:18weeks.

03:19So I don't know if that's something you want to play.

03:21And also with the Bears, DeAndre Swift with the groin injury is also going to play this

03:25week.

03:26So those are the guys right now that are at least trending in the right direction.

03:29It'll look like they're going to be in and active for week 12.
