Jax Taylor's keeping quiet about the fender-bender he got into Wednesday ... refusing to answer questions about it while out in Los Angeles -- before quickly scootering away.

00:00Jax Taylor was in a little bit of a hit and run.

00:03He was in a minor fender bender in Valley Village,

00:06and when he pulled to the side with this individual,

00:09he then ran off because he didn't think

00:11that the guy sustained any injuries

00:13and there was no damage to the car.

00:15Did that guy just do a hit and run on you?

00:18I saw him just take off.

00:22Do you know who it was?

00:23Did he just tell you his name and all that, or?

00:26He rear-ended the guy.

00:27Well, if he rear-ended the guy, he needs to stop.

00:29It depends on how much damage.

00:30The law is, if there is an injury

00:33or any property damage, you have to stop.

00:36I'm just saying, I saw the alleged damage,

00:39the photo of this car.

00:41Dude, it's fine.

00:42It's minimal, but there are dents.

00:58And then he zoomed off on a scooter.

01:02It was actually embarrassing,

01:04because he tried to get away on the scooter,

01:06and it did that thing where he couldn't get it to start.

01:08He had to keep pedaling, and he had to do it three times,

01:12and then it finally took off.

01:13They sound so unimpressive, too.

01:14When they get going, they're like, weee!
