00:29It will be morning after the long session where several government agencies have joined in the long questioning and discussion.

00:34In the DSWD budget, it was asked which government agency is the fastest to approach the damaged houses in case of calamity.

00:42I think they were asked to buy iron.

00:45In the end, DSWD is still the fastest.

00:49If the list of officials is complete and verified by the local social welfare,

00:56within a week, Typhoon Christine damaged houses in Bicol were paid P10,000 each.
