00:06it's as simple as that, and now we've got ten residents in the bus stop here waiting

00:11for a bus, hopefully that will turn up. They've got various appointments, various shopping,

00:17and as the weather gets much colder, to lose a bus for an hour, it doesn't turn up. With

00:24their two bags of shopping, that is wrong, because they're elderly people, and to stand

00:31in a static position for an hour, with two bags of shopping, is not good for their health.

00:37And stagecoach ought to be ashamed of themselves.
