Austria's three-party coalition begins to take shape without the far-right

00:13government was made on Monday. The far-right Freedom Party won the national elections in

00:19September. However, Austria's federal president gave the mandate to form a government to the

00:24runner-up, Karl Nehammer of the Austrian People's Party, as no party was willing to work together

00:29with the FPO and its party head, Herbert Kickl.
