02:10More than it ever has because it doesn't have the big talent disparity that it used to have

02:15So as a fan, I got to experience and enjoy

03:38So to me that's 48 wins and then that's 48 wins with GP 2 missing half the season and Draymond missing

03:47So I was really looking forward to this season of okay

03:50Gary's gonna be healthy and so far he has been very long to be Draymond

03:54He's been amazing. And then yeah, Chris Paul and clay you love both of them and they matter but

04:00You have Moody another year coming another year Brandon another year trace another year and then D Anthony Melton and

04:09Kyle Anderson and buddy healed

04:11Coming back and wigs, you know with the personal stuff with his dad passing away

04:16I think is you know in a better place in the closure wise and that's something that's incredibly difficult to get through

04:22So I was just very optimistic on where they would be and what kind of team they would be and I'm stealing Steph's word

04:28And it's just one I'm kind of hanging my hat on

04:30They're relevant. They matter

04:33They're a factor in the league, you know, yeah, Boston's probably better. Okay. See he's probably better, but the Warriors matter

04:41Like they're they're in that next group of five six seven teams

04:44We're gonna be talking about this season and I think the start to the season kind of proves that

04:58There's 10 teams over 500 in the East. There's two teams over 500

05:05So you got to keep keep stacking wins?

05:13Like, you know, remember the 48 win Warriors team that missed the playoffs

05:17I mean this this this East West disparity has gone on forever and ever and ever and you know

05:24There was always the talk of why why do we do the geography thing?

05:28I want to just take the best 16 teams and you know, you heard all the crap

05:32Well, they don't play a balanced schedule and this yeah

05:34Schedule if you're in the East and have an easier schedule and you still can't be one of the top 16 teams

05:39What the hell are we doing?

05:41Protecting you that makes no sense

05:42But you know, that's a bigger discussion that the leagues can have to look at you know, having said that in the West

05:52I think the Thunder the Chet Holmgren injury hurts them and the Harkinstein injury hurts them

05:57But the Thunder 157 games, I I don't I don't see a lot of 50 win teams necessarily

07:13But you studied the ship down the stretch and wanted you easily could have lost last night down seven or four minutes left

07:18But you didn't the Warriors are saving a lot of these one game swings

07:23By getting over the finish line and winning games and so

07:31Just you're gonna need every freaking way in this Western Conference when it's all said and done man

08:00But I'm just impressed with the growth and his play and his role for right now coming off the bench

08:22Helping you win or lose games

08:24Like I always say like Mono Ginobili and John Havlicek weren't sitting there thinking about their Hall of Fame careers

08:30But whether or not they started or not, they were amazing players

08:33So in the starting lineup with Steph Draymond and Wiggins and then they're playing Draymond and Trace together with I think is great

08:41Kaminga's not gonna be a focal point in that group because you have Steph you have Draymond looking for Steph

08:48You have Wiggins. You're trying to get him going. You got Trace on the roll and you're trying to get him dunks and lobs

08:54So JK's kind of a fit in there like it doesn't doesn't work as well

08:58But in the second unit buddy healed and Kaminga are the scores. They are featured. They are the focal points

09:05So you look up JK's playing 26 27 minutes. He's scoring 16 18 20 points. He's grown defensively

09:13He's grown offensively and it's just I think he's embraced that role and played

09:19Amazingly good basketball. And so this is a perfect fit of a kid like a I'm 22

09:25I'm taking a step forward in my game. I'm helping the team win. I got a big role on this team and

09:33Other than you know, Franco Finn saying your name other than that, you've got everything you want the world

09:39So I think it's worked out great and I credit Steve for putting guys in and out in a huge rotation

09:48Some nights at somebody's night some nights. It's not but the guys chemistry and camaraderie

09:53Nobody's you know kind of oh, it's not my night or I'm not getting a play or this or that

09:58There's big moments for every single guy in this roster at various times in the season and it's a long
