01:54how far can we take this until they come back? That's all. Cause I love what I'm seeing and

02:11comments after the game and you know, you got people saying, do you believe them or not?

02:15Just the fact that he echoed, he's trying to be a leader. He stunk last year. He felt like his play.

02:21He argued too much. I'm like, man, this is night and day this team from last year, right now.

02:27I mean, there are good signs all over the place. That's the bottom line. And again,

02:34good call. They haven't had the toughest schedule through five games, but what are you going to do?

02:38Not play the games. You got to play the games and you, they, they've won four out of five and now

02:42they, now they've got to see what they can do on the road. And it's going to be a tough one.

04:10This team's got some players. They got a lot of players. Maybe they don't have a lot of stars,

04:16but they got guys who can play the game and they're hungry, Stiney. And you are right. It

04:20sure looks that way. Last night wasn't an offensive, uh, you know, uh, expose,

04:27but they were grimy. They, and, and when I found out they lead in deflections, I'm like, that's

04:32hunger. Uh, is that going to keep up all season? I don't know. But right now, Stiney Dunleavy and

04:38Lake up incur have to be happy. And again, I'm just coming from the vantage point of as sweet

04:44as it is last year, this team was six and two. And you kept saying, uh, when they went up to

04:48Denver, I did. Yeah. You kept when they were six and two and being overzealous, but we were like,

04:54man, we might have something. The schedule gets more difficult and they, they got swallowed up

05:00by that schedule. And that season was bad last year. So I bring that up just to say, Stiney is,

05:07this is a different team, a different mentality. I think the dark clouds and the, and the,

05:13and the I guys or me guys, that's out of the locker room. I just want them healthy and whole.

05:19So we really can get an early start on, you know, an identity. And the last time Steph

05:25played Stiney, they lost it home to the Clippers. Yeah. We got hurt in, in, in the middle of that

05:31game, but you know, that's, uh, that'll happen. You'll lose some games like that, but I just,

05:37this team for me, I'm, I'm getting some enjoyment watching this team. I can't say

05:42nothing else. I, you know, I've, I was talking to some people last night and I just,

05:46I can't figure it out, but for whatever reason, I, I just really liked this team.

05:51Well, it's connectivity is my word. Now, remember I told you, I felt like the, uh,

05:57it was a little strong study. I felt like the Warriors betrayed me. They didn't try and do it,

06:02but their culture that I bought into, and I was a part of their, you know, that culture fan club.

06:07But when you found out things were going on behind closed doors, I guys, me, and not we,

06:14I was a little hurt. But now I feel like Mike Dunleavy Jr. told us when we went out there for

06:19media day again, that word connectivity is on my TV. When I watched this cast of characters play

06:26basketball, they're four and one it's early, but damn it's tiny. They were great on the road last

06:31year. Let's see if they could continue that. Uh, when they go start this five game, uh, rodeo.

06:37Yeah. I would love to know from warrior fans where you're at again. Cause we, we, we talked

06:43about this yesterday. Uh, the Warriors beat the Pelicans two nights ago and it's tough to beat a

06:49team two games in a row on back to backs. Right. And they did it. And I just, I I'm interested.

06:55Look, I don't know what it is. There's just something about this team. I like, I just,

07:00I like their role players. I like, I like their smartness. I think they're tough. I think if

07:06you're going to try to play as many guys as they're playing, then you do have a chance to be a good,

07:12a much better defensive team. But I want to know from warrior fans, like how much you believe in

07:18this team because it's a great start. They've gotten off to a great start. Uh, they've,

07:25they've handled the games you think they should handle. And now the schedule is going to get a

07:29little bit tougher and they got a five game road trip. And you know, obviously you want to win as

07:34many as possible, but these are tough teams. Can you get, can you get to, can you get two out of

07:40five? Do you want more than that? I want more than that. But I mean, to me, when you look at

07:45these teams, if you go three and two on this trip, boy, you got to be ecstatic because that means

07:50then that you probably beat one of the best teams in the league. And remember what happened when

07:55you were in bean town last Sunday on national TV. And I know it's a different team. The Warriors

08:00like 60 point game. Oh my gosh, Donnie, you remember that? So I hope the Warriors still

08:05have that on my mind. You tell me you and Evan and the listeners, am I being a prisoner of the

08:09moment, the guru computer or the guru glasses? Uh, Stani, have you seen Steve curse mom more

08:15after five games in this year? Like there's a, there's a relief or something, a burden off of

08:21his shoulders. He's having fun coaching. I really believe it. And I can't sit here and ignore what

08:28they told and how cool they were as a collective to let us know what they were dealing with.

08:34But Stani, he can make any sub at any time. And I feel like he just feels free. The air is just,

08:42you know, different. Why? Because things I'm not putting it on one guy, everybody,
