00:05where the families of former President Rodrigo Duterte's war-on-drugs victims expressed their dissatisfaction.

00:12Malacanang will not stop the former president from suing the ICC.

00:28to investigate in the International Criminal Court even though the Philippines is not a member of the ICC.
