00:10visited Murphy Public Market, Mega Q Mark, and Kamaning Public Market, confirming that retailers

00:17are offering affordable rice. The prices meet the agreed range after recent talks with rice traders

00:23in Metro Manila. Agricultural Secretary Francisco Q. Laurel Jr. thanked rice traders for their

00:29cooperation, which will help Filipino families. The DA also announced plans to connect market

00:35vendors directly with importers to streamline the supply chain and reduce costs. The DA will

00:41continue to monitor rice prices and work with all stakeholders to ensure stable and affordable rice

00:48prices.
