00:07The Philippine Area of Responsibility or PAR is about to release the storm Nika Batayan in Ulat ng Pagasa.

00:14The storm's center was last seen at 225 kilometers west-northwest of Lauag City, Ilocos Norte.

00:22It has a strong wind that can reach up to 95 kilometers per hour and a gust of up to 115 kilometers per hour.

00:31On the other hand, the number one signal in some places in Northern Luzon is still high,

00:36like Ilocos Norte, northern portion of Apayao, northwestern portion of Cagayan, and southwestern portion of Babuyan Islands.

00:45Meanwhile, the storm Ophel has a strong wind that can reach up to 85 kilometers per hour and a gust of up to 105 kilometers per hour.

00:56It was last seen at 950 kilometers east of southeastern Luzon.

01:01It is expected to land in northern or central Luzon on Wednesday.

01:07The flight of several airplanes to northern Luzon remains suspended due to the storm Nika.

01:13According to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines,
