00:11the typhoon Mika is moving in the direction of Gangluran.

00:14In the last breath of hope,

00:17the center of the typhoon in Lagau-Ifugao has passed.

00:21There is a strong wind that is up to 130 kilometers per hour

00:26and a downpour up to 215 kilometers per hour.

00:29It is moving at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.

01:45as a preparation for the downpour of Hurricane Nika.
