00:07Another heartwarming story of a 4-year-old girl

00:11who was told by the doctors that she will not be able to walk again.

00:15The one who was able to walk for the first time

00:17was witnessed by her siblings

00:19who were listening happily.

00:21Scottie Mae Blair, who was born with Angelman's Syndrome,

00:26a rare genetic condition that causes severe physical and learning disabilities.

00:31But a year ago,

00:33the family called the doctors

00:36and told them that Scottie Mae's diagnosis was wrong.

00:39In contrast to Angelman's Syndrome,

00:41she has DUP-15Q Syndrome,

00:43a similar disease but milder.

00:46From the age of 10 months,

00:48Scottie Mae began to have seizures,

00:50which is the first sign that she has a problem.

00:53Despite the many trials,

00:55the family continues to celebrate Scottie's small success.

01:00They say that miracles can happen.

01:03And this is a manifestation of a miracle.
