00:06you know, it's incredible to just listen to their energy and their passion.

00:11My grandad was in the Scots Guards, you know, he served in World War II and remembrance

00:16day was always special in the household and, you know, my grandad was always, always made

00:21sure that we knew that and we knew how special it was and I think it's so important that

00:26we do remember the sacrifice for us as individuals, as family and for our country.

00:33I pass it on to my kids, I hope my kids pass it on to their kids and I think it's such

00:38an important part of our history.
