00:00The Philippine economy continues to grow under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:08According to the National Economic and Development Authority, UNEDA,

00:11the country had a growth rate of 5.2% following Vietnam,

00:17which is currently leading in gross domestic product growth at 7.4% and Malaysia at 5.3%.

00:27The country's industry and services sector grew by 6.3% in the past month.

00:33The country's services sector also had a GDP growth of 4.1% and 1.3% in the industry sector

00:42despite the effects of the pandemic.

00:45Among the key contributors in the third quarter of the year are wholesale,

00:50retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles,

00:54as well as financial and insurance activities,

00:57and the construction industry in the country.
